Why we’ve created Popii

We created Popii because we recognized a crucial gap in how intimacy and sexuality are commonly explored. Through our own experiences, we encountered too many spaces where sexual energy is deliberately amplified and while there's nothing inherently wrong with that approach, we observed how heightened arousal can alter awareness states in ways that compromise our ability to feel consent clearly, mindfully, and somatically.

The High Intensity Trap

High intensity feels good in the moment, but it’s inevitably followed by a crash, a high down that leaves you exactly where you started. Nothing is genuinely transformed through these peaks; they often serve as sophisticated distractions. While sometimes necessary to crack the first shell of resistance, intensity alone cannot create lasting change.

The Art of Slow Transformation

Popii is interested in offering a completely different approach: helping you shape what genuinely fits YOU. This delicate work can only happen through presence and slowness, much like how master chefs transform a simple potato into a succulent dish. It’s not about dramatic techniques or exotic ingredients; it’s about patience, dedication, regularity of practice, endless tries, errors, and gentle rectification.

The magic happens in the sustained attention, the willingness to start again, the art of noticing what works and what doesn’t over time, with consistency, without rushing toward an outcome.

Beyond the Workshop Circuit

We don’t believe transformation happens through accumulating retreats, workshops, or trainings. In fact, we’ve come to understand that there’s nothing to transform at all. Only a space to create where the body can finally be heard. The wisdom is already there; it simply needs room to emerge.

Reclaiming Birthright

We believe it’s time to restore everyone’s birthright: the sovereign right to feel pleasure and maintain complete autonomy over their own body. This isn’t about learning new techniques or fixing what’s “broken”. It’s about remembering what was always yours.

Beyond Binary

Our approach intentionally moves beyond gender binaries. Not because we deny the reality of gender, but because we want to connect at a deeper level where beings can meet each other authentically. We’re interested in unfolding the limitations of the traditional women-men binary to truly access the full spectrum of human experience and connection.

The Popii Difference

In a world saturated with high-energy, transformation-focused approaches to sexuality, we offer something different: a space of presence where your body’s wisdom can unfold naturally, where consent lives in your somatic awareness, and where pleasure is approached as a birthright rather than an achievement.

We created Popii because we believe it’s time for a more grounded, sustainable, and truly inclusive approach to intimacy. One that honors what already exists within you rather than trying to add something new.
